Hello @Rachal

Unless advised by your dermatologist to do so, nope.

It is a myth that you can't go out on a sunny day if using topical Vitamin A.

Wearing sunscreen and sun protective clothing, as well as avoiding peak sun exposure times and not staying out too long are essentials.

However, these are essentials regardless of what you are using.... topical Vitamin A does not change things.

Hope this helps!

Hello, should I stop using them in the summer?

Thank you
In any season retinol is not safe for your skin. As I experience, When you use retinol you have to remember a few things:

1. It brings some bad side effects such as red spots and severe itching. The reason is that retinol is converted to retinol acid and the skin becomes dry and the capillaries expand.

2. To prevent not having these bad side effect,
  • Retinol is recommended to use as a single product only due to its high concentration and also its side effects when it used with other ingredients.
  • Retinol is vulnerable to air exposure and sunlight. So, please use retinol only at night time. Also, Please take care well of the retinol product to avoid exposure to air.
